I appreciate the talk of a £25m transfer kitty may not have been accurate but it looks as though Ole is going to spend less than £5m (wages aside).

Deliberate or we just can't get the targets he wanted? Or is there a big money signing that's going to surprise everyone?

No point spending money for the sake of it of course and let's hope Ole gets value for money that proved to be hit and very expensive misses for Malky.

The way things are going OGS seems to have picked up good quality at very little outlay. Bodes well for the future if they quickly gel together.

If he gets Fabio, Ramis, and Jones he will have strengthened every area if he gets Zaha as well even more so.

Of those only Jones seems to be a plan B and that plan B got rid of a waste in PO.

In a market you don't typically get value for money under 8mil is great 6players plus 1 loan and losing one player.

Looking at the overall team

Turner, McNaughton, Cowie, Conway, Bellamy and Smith all have expiring contracts at the end of the season.

25/6 players (including three gk's) around the first team all tied down next season so the club has probably not been in better condition on the pitch maybe ever.

Like he has said, he will not pay over the odds especially to agents, gd on him I say. Malky would of wasted millions I have.no doubt bout that.
