We have been put in pot 4, for the qualifying draw late Febuary. Qualifying begins next September.

Basically, we can get:

Pot 1: Spain (holders), Germany, Netherlands, Italy, England, Portugal, Greece, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Pot 2: Ukraine, Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Republic of Ireland

Pot 3: Serbia, Turkey, Slovenia, Israel, Norway, Slovakia, Romania, Austria, Poland

Pot 5: Iceland, Northern Ireland, Albania, Lithuania, Moldova, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cyprus

Pot 6: Luxembourg, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Faroe Islands, Malta, Andorra, San Marino, Gibraltar

"The 53 teams will be drawn into eight groups of six teams and 1 group of 5 teams. The group winners, runners-up, and the best third-placed team (with the results against the sixth-placed team discarded) directly qualify to the finals. The eight remaining third-placed teams will contest two-legged play-offs to determine the last four qualifiers for the finals."

We may aswell pack it in if we can't qualify with some of the crap we may be drawn with.

Even though it is an expanded tournement, I will bet your bottom dollar that Coleman messes up.

I say Gibraltar and NI not because they are better than anyone else in them pots but as they will be up for a match against another British team.

Forget pot 1. Sweden, Crotia and Belgium apart I don't see what we have got to be scared of. We can beat all the rest if we actually played well. We just need a striker, which by the look of things, we may struggle to get by next Sep.

I'm hoping for Portugal from pot one. They always play badly and Big Ron would be at the Cardiff ground.

yep that vasically shows what welsh football is, at manager and mangement level - fast a fecking asleep!

I hope that we get a decent draw, and qualify for the finals.

Tbh I just want things to go back to the right way so I can go to games, boycotting is kind of hard but everyday its easier knowing the FAW are happy to embarrass us.
