Two days after cancer op and feeling better today

Tuesday/Wednesday I was rough, bad headach and very sore. Went to work as I thought it better than stay at home, had some comments from our cliants about size of scar etc, and I shoud be off work. My boss rearranged my work load to make it easier for me. Was in Lincoln today and passed thier ground, what a blast from the past! Passed the Reebok on Tuesday while working up there and wasnt looking forward to go there on Saturday, now bring it on! Accrington and Birmingham tomorrow for me, then up to Bolton with Matt early on Sat

Wish you well on your recovery. I was at an appointment on Monday waiting for the doctors to tell me if I had cancer or not. Can't tell you how relieved I was when they told me I was in the clear. Waited 12 weeks for that appointment and that was scary enough. So I can't even imagine anything close to what you have gone through but I hope you have a bright future ahead of you.

Waited 12 weeks for that appointment and that was scary enough. So I can't even imagine anything close to what you have gone through but I hope you have a bright future ahead of you.

Its the not knowing that does you, I had the missfortune of being told by the recepionist at the surgery one Friday that I was clear, it was an absess she said, only to called by the GP the following Monday to say it was cancer, had 1st op 0ct 14th, 8 weeks later check up, and told cancer is still there. 2nd op last Monday, and now have to wait 8 weeks to see if they got it again, the waiting is like torture

It's hell mate and I hope your troubles with cancer are finally over and it's not only gone but gone for good!

Exactly how it is, from the moment you open your eyes, untill they close again, if they close, sometimes lucky to sleep 2 hours, then you have to work for 8 to 12 hours!

Now got date with consultant, to see if im clear, Friday 7th of March at 9.05, going to be a long 7 weeks See you all tomorrow.
