Very Important if we are to be relegated

That we keep OGS.


Surely he has been briefed about the possibility of being a manager in the Championship next season.
And if we are to give OGS time and money to invest in his team and philosophy then it must be done on a long term scale. Malky did a tremendous job to get us promoted within two years and each a cup final also.
No one expects OGS to deliver cup finals just yet or anytime soon, but if he is to keep us in the league he would've done a superb job.

Sadly though I feel its a step to far, I'm not writing this season off completely but I feel far to much damage has been done prior to Ole's arrival.

Dalman isn't a fool and I think he has told Ole to lay his foundations for next season.


I know he has a 12month rolling contract but I genuinely believe he hasn't joined based in us just being a premier league club,and if we were relegated then he would just walk away.
OGS comes accross as a genuine guy and is highly rated within the game.
I don't ever recall reading any bad press about him, even when he was on the bench at United he never spoke out about game time or lack of, and always trusted his manager to guide his career down the correct path.

Well the thing is I have thought from the start of the season that we would not survive.
When I saw the retained list by Malky I was even more convinced that we would struggle.so it would go without saying what my thoughts were if we survived.

We need OGS to stay so he has his own philosophy, I'm not sure why he'd leave if he did get us relegated as it'd look back on his record if he did, so if we did get relegated he could get us promoted again.
