i know they have no chance after losing first leg 6-0 but 14,000 for a league cup semi-final is embarrassing for the league cup and west ham

Exactly how many of us would turn up at the ccs if we were 6 nil down and tickets were that price.

To be fair wages are quite a bit higher in London.

Doubt we'd get 14,000 put it that way. Probably 10,000

It would have been a sell out for us as we would have had to have bought the tickets well before the first leg.

So is the cost of living up there so disposable income is more or less the same. My sister and her husband earn twice as much as me and my wife but their mortgage and council tax is treble mine and ive got a bigger house than them.
I can only assume they went on sale before the first leg, if not then thats a ridiculous amount to chrge when they are 6 zip down. They should have let season ticket holders in for free, or certainly the ones who travelled to Manchester.
Didnt look anywhere near 14,000 either the place was empty.

Seems cruel to make them play the second leg, to be honest. Respect to the WHU fans who went last night.
