...And transport around the city wasn't an issue, which team would you support and why? I'd choose WHUFC as their not a prawn sarnie club and relatively well placed in league pyramid.

Which part of London has a team called Tranmere? Don't they teach you to read in Jackland?

Lovely Millwall.

Nah I would probably choose Tottenham Hotspur.

Arsenal probably.

Mostly because US Soccer Guy calls them the London Soccer Cannons. And to be frank that is an awesome name.

I live in London now and still support City. Still make it to all the home games.

I'd travel up to Cardiff every week to support City, in the same way I do now.

The way they've came back is unbelievable and i like an underdog.Always had a soft spot for Wimbledon until they moved to mk,that should never have been allowed to happen.

Probably QPR - only because I've seen a lot of them playing down Ninian park when I used to go with my Dad many years ago. Plus, they always seem to be under achievers hanging around Div2 (old days) with us.

Also, you know how something sticks in your mind when your younger and you still recall it now, well remember my Dad pointing out Rodney Marsh playing for QPR down Ninian (he was always a controversial dirty player for those of you young uns who only know him from TV), and I was just amazed to watch him and see the old Git on TV. ha,ha.

But, Like us all, I will always be a Bluebird.

Blooooobirds!!!! :old:

Taking the question at face value, (that is, assuming I was a Londoner, born and bred), it would be Millwall. Small, unloved, Millwall. Proper football club. South East London, old docklands, although a lot of their fans now live in Kent.

As for West Ham, will they survive the move to the Olympic Stadium? Will they keep their traditions? Really hope so. Still in the East End, although a lot of their fans are in Essex now.

Come to think of it, a lot of fans of the bigger London clubs live in the Home Counties. Always been the case, really.
