Will Lack of Preniership experience cost us?

I am worried by our lack of premiership experience.... we seem to be recruiting either foreigners or youngsters...Malky did not go for premiership experience..apart from Caulker..and odemwingie
Medel..Cornelius..Catherine..Brayford..Moore..Mondarin(not sure on spelling)
A FEW HAVE SAID THAT OUR TEAM HAS A CHAMPIONSHIP LOOK ABOUT IT..
The end of last season or most of the second half the football apart from the 3-0 win over forest looked dire and ended in a draw or a 1-0 win...this season up to OLE we have been playing a lot of dire defensive stuff.
So..do we need premiership experience to get us out of it... a old head at the back .. a dominant midfielder with a bit of nous...a striker who has scored premiership goals... if so who?
In the summer I was hoping Mackay was going to go for Huddlestone...but Bruce seemed to grab him unchallenged.. the same has happened to Jelavic and Long... Bruce has been quite shrewd with his signings...of course Bruce has premiership experience as a manager and new what he needed...I think that was Malky's downfall... is it going to be OLE's
I think we need a leader in midfield... a talker at the back and someone to help Campbell up front or maybe two.. if he gets injured... we have nothing really left... I think both our full backs are weak positions as well.
Ole has us playing more attacking football...but when it breaks down our defensive play is not good enough
My view is we need three or four in minimum to stay up and if we don't Ole needs a to clear out the deadwood in the summer... just my thoughts

Lack of good enough players and managerial tactical nous more than PL experience.

We had a manager and backroom staff that were quickly getting to grips with the league and gaining experience each week yet he wasn't deemed acceptable. Oh well.
