is the best striker in the championship and was also the best striker when he was at Hudders in Division 2. His goal per game ratio can only be beaten by the likes of Ronaldo and Messi. I think he would be a great addition and would do the business for us in the PL and he's still only 22. We need a striker and he knows where the goal is.

A striker is only as good as the service he is getting.

That's an obvious statement, but really good strikers can create their own opportunities. This boys record is outstanding! He's big, strong, good in the air!

I think he would be good but I can see Blackburn wanting 10 mill plus. I'd probably take a punt on Finboggasson for about half that!

£10,000,000 is way too much in my opinion maybe between 6-8 million

we are not in a position to give someone a go or have a punt on someone.we need a proven goalscorer.......what happens if cambell gets injured in the next game ????????

We need to cover our backsides if we go down (which I don't think we will) and Rhodes is proven in the Championship and will step up i'm sure, but following a disaster, we'll need a top striker in the championship.

So were paying 10 million+ to cover us in case we go down? If we went down no doubt in my mind Finb]boggasson would smash a load of goals in and for half the price of Rhodes.

Blackburn won't sell for less and no-one will pay the extra few million over they spent on him.
Blackburn get the best deal and he should have been bought by us when he was at Huddersfield.
