Put a team of half and half out

Use the development

Go for it with a full team and boost confidence

I'm thinking half and half with the new boys added in , I wasn't bothered about the cup at first and wanted out but now I see it as an opportunity to use the players who are struggling for confidence and a chance to blood the new boys !


I would like to see this , I could be a very exciting line-up and gives most of the boys a rest

Not a bad team. I'd rather see Moore in goal.

Also I'd rest Kev for United and play Theophile

Brayford is out on loan.... Well I thought he did but wasn't in Bournemouth squad.

Think I'd start Whitts, needs a good game for a bit of confidence. Also Mason, good chance for him to show Ole what he's got. No reason not to go for this IMO

I agree and give the rest of the squad members a chance while resting our first team members.

I'd play a strong team.

Of rather beat Bolton an lose to man united then lose both games.

Our chances of beating man utd are slim if we rest players or not so lets just go out an stuff Bolton get some goals an some confidence.

I would imagine they will stay up in the North West until the united game.
I would Go for if....play our strongest 11, I would like to see Eikrem get 90 mins under his belt.

A cup run would be very useful this year. OGS needs to get to know the players, and what better way?

Bit like the League Cup run in Malky's first season.

4-4-1-1 for me with the back five of Lewis, Hudson, Connolly, Brayford, John/McNaughton, Whitts & Dhaeli/Gunnarsson as CMs, Bellamy and Cowie as wide men with Mason in behind Cornelius or even give Healey/Velikonja a go. I wouldn't risk any of the others as the Prem games are just too important at the moment.
