Lance Hayward was club secretary in the 1970's, does anyone know him or remember him from then or now. Trying to find out what happened to him x

He left Cardiff City in 1981 after 22 years there as firstly a player and then as club secretary.
He went up to Notts County, where he stayed until 1983.
He still lives in Nottingham with his wife.
