Anyone work for sky?

prices have gone up since i changed to sky, used to have free broadband but now thats gone to £17 etc

anyone got any advice to call them on? whens the best time to call? etc

some people normally have good advice on here about these things

Usually if you phone and say it's unacceptable, and you're thinking of moving to a rival company (Virgin Media), they'll try and give you freebies to stay.

Be careful with what you say though, just state how upset you are with the quality of service and rising costs

the fuckers now charge you for broadband if you don`t take up their phone line offer.
if you phone them use this number i found, everyone keep it handy if you got sky, 0800 0466432, other wise it`s
a premium rate number. hope this helps
