Young talent linked with Bluebirds

We seem to be linked with young talents with potential such as Zaha and Morrisson.

We have signed two young Norwegians plus Cornelius and Brayford.

I really think it is time to follow Steve Bruce's example and sign middle-of-the-road experienced Premiership players in order to finish in the middle of the pack.

It's great to have young players with potential but would they be up for a relegation battle. Remember JET from Arsenal?

I wish we had signed Jelavic and Long to be honest. Come on OGS, let's sign some proper proven premiership players. What about people who are on the fringes of the top ten clubs?

like QPR did ..............i dont think there is a rite or wrong way ..its down to what our manager wants, and trust..

and we need to be giving him at l;east until May,come whatever,
the rights and wrongs of Malky were and are not of OGS making.
he comes in with a large squad to sort out, another mans squad, that got results from playing a unique brand of football.

as fans, we need to not panic, and show as much faith as possible to our team.
our contribution for the WHU game was poor, the team started slow,we all stood there in the headlights..waiting

qpr bought park, fabio, samba, barton, zamora and many more experienced prem playera and look what happened to them. The problem with pres experienced players is their overpriced and.on stupid wages

What is everyone obsession with Jelavic all of a sudden? Yeah two years ago he was lethal and everything he touched went in but two years later he has scored less than 10 goals.

He is a huge "confidence player" can we really afford to rely on if he is feeling up for it or not in a relegation battle? No.

Norwich and Swansea have done fine with not going down the experienced Prem players route, so too have Southampton. A big example of this method not guaranteeing survival as mentioned is QPR. If we sign these sort of over the hill players and then they don't perform, we go down and we are stuck with a bunch of lazy, crap and unmotivated players on big wages.

Admittedly I'd like an experienced head alongside Caulker but I don't want the full team full of average high earners.

Jelavic has looked poor for a while, worst striker ive seen this season when he started for Everton against us.

Long I dont mind but im not sure he is really what we need at the moment, picks up niggled all the time, scoring record not outstanding and to inconsistant.

Its not about age. Its about desire and heart.

'You'll never win anything with kids' - Im pretty sure that myth has been dispelled a long time ago.
