Would be a top signing. One of the most exciting young players in the league, when he's up for it.
Problem is keeping his head straight.

Ravel Morrison 'confused' over West Ham United's stance in any potential move or new contract at Upton Park
West Ham have reported Fulham over comments regarduing the former Manchester United player but have yet to offer the player a new deal
Ravel Morrison has been left confused over whether West Ham United want to sell him this month.
The club have opened themselves up to accusations of double standards over Morrison’s future and how highly the England Under-21 international is really valued at Upton Park.
West Ham have warned Morrison they will not back down from the tough stance they took when they rejected a £4 million bid from Fulham and reported the Cottagers to the Premier League for comments made by head coach Rene Meulensteen.
But West Ham are still yet to make Morrison the firm offer of a new contract or a pay rise to his £15,000-a-week wages, which put him among the lowest earners in the first team squad.
Fulham are expected to make a second bid for midfielder Morrison that will top £5 million. But West Ham are demanding close to £10 million, making him one of the club’s most valuable assets.

What chance a player like him would want to join a club with half a foot in the championship?
Hardly going to enhance his World Cup prospects.

I heard he is only on 15k per week at WH. There is a clause in his contract that if anyone offers 8mill,WH either have to sell him or quadruple his salary. I say bid the 8 mill coz they wont want to pay that.
