If you could be bothered to read the article, it's comparing the records of similarly priced players of the mould of Cornelius before they were bought by PL clubs. Moreover, Drogba hadn't scored a Chelsea goal either when compared to Cornelius (goals to minutes ratio)

Lets all get behind Cornelius!!! Granted it was the wrong choice to buy a player so young when we needed an experienced striker at this stage of our progression as a club, but there is bog all we can do about it now other than support him to the hilt!!!

Chelsea have squad depth of quality and can rotate, Chelsea had world class strikers at the club doing the job whilst he could be phased in, Chelsea had no risk of relegation, Chelsea didn't need a player to be an instant impact just like Manchester United didn't need Ronaldo to be an instant impact. They had time. Time we do not have because we are in a relegation battle.

TLDR version: We need players who can contribute now. They had depth and could patiently phase players in.

No good Cornelius finally finding his form when we've already been relegated is it?

Theres no need to even compare him totally diffrent style of striker even when your going off when drogba was doing such stats when he moved here you can see drogba had something as for cornelius well not even ant and dec can find that something on a bush tucker trial imo, this does not mean im going to boo him if hes on the pitch as i support everyone in the shirt while there playing yet a personal opinion might be diffrent

based on this.................113mins without scoring..Drogba went 118 minutes............5 more minutes should tell us if we have a player..or not...............

haha I getting depressed all the time worrying what happens off the pitch, maybe just maybe Corelius remembers the feeling of smashing ball into the net and giving defenders an absolute beast to deal with..I can dream !!
