Sign Both Fabio and Zaha on loan, ive seen many threads on the subject but have yet to have an answer with any proof to back it up only bits and bobs that they think is true.
So does anyone know the ACTUAL answer.

I'm not sure if the Football League comes under PL rules too as I was looking at the PL rules book and couldn't find the rules regarding loans but 5.3.26 states that you can sign 2 players from the same club as long as one is u23, so Zaha is 20/21? And should be fine

Yes you can, if you loan a player and it'd written in the loan deal that there is an option to buy then it does not count as a loan that is under premier rule 7.61 exceptions

I said this last night but was shot down in flames, so is this actually right.

definitely only one out field player can be signed from any club, only two can be signed if the other one is a goalkeeper, they are prem rules, the rules quoted above are for the football league

No, the rule is if the loan actually becomes permanent, no mention of option.
V.7.6.1. any Temporary Transfer which become permanent; and
V.7.6.2. the Temporary Transfer of a goalkeeper which in its absolute discretion the Board may allow in circumstances it considers to be exceptional;

QPR had Livermore and Townsend on loan last season?
Premier League rules limit clubs to just two season-long domestic loans but international deals are, essentially, limitless.
And so with Lukaku in from Chelsea and Barry loaned from Manchester City, Martinez will have to scour the international market this month.
League regulations also say that no side can have more than one domestic loan from the same club.

EXTRACT
V.7.6 the maximum number of Temporary Transfers to any one Club registrable in the
same Season shall be 4 and in no circumstances shall more than 1 be from the same
Transferor Club at any one time save there shall be excluded from these numbers
any Temporary Transfer of the kind described in V.7.6.1 or V.7.6.2;
V.7.6. not more than 2 Temporary Transfers shall be registered by a Club at the same time
except that there shall be excluded from that number:
V.7.6.1. any Temporary Transfer which become permanent

Did QPR have livermore on loan last season?
And according to PL rules 4 players are allowed on loan per season, but no more than two can be registered at the same time,
so it is possible to get 2 players this week, and as long as everything is signed,sealed and delivered, 2 players next week

No only one player at any time from a particular club with the exception of Rule 7.6.1 also there is no time limit on when a loan would become permanent
