Fabio confirmed according to talk sport

With a view to permanent move

I could be wrong but I believe that changes the rules a bit. We could get zaha on loan aswell. Because it's a full transfer at the end.

don't like to be negative but this does not inspire me

better than we got,
Declan John shouldn't be starting in the prem. he should be on loan to the championship to get games under his belt.
not saying hes not a decent player, but hes not prem class yet.

hes made a few positional mistakes which have cost us goals when hes played, i know others have cost us aswell. but he needs games under his belt to get a feel of first team competitive football.

No as its still a loan , can't have 2 players on loan from same club at same time . I personally hope that Zaha doesn't sign as I don't rate him anyway

I'd be totally underwhelmed if we have signed him.

Not if United have released him (Theyve already told him hes not getting a new contract in the summer) and this could be classed as a short term contract rather than a loan.

Spot on Chris, I think that will be the case and Zaha will be here on loan.

We could sign David Alaba from Bayern Munich and some of you lot would still moan.

If Solskjaer didn't bring in a decent LB then guess what...you lot would moan about that too.

I hope so mate. We are crying out for some more attacking options and Zaha will give us that.

I think Zaha could be a revelation waiting to happen, he was unfortunate that Fergie retired a few months after signing him and Moyes just doesn't rate him.

Why have you referenced all of our right back options in comparison to a left back signing?

he was the better of the two da silvas, but because of evra he hasnt had a look in and rafael has been given game time to shine and develop, he is still far far better than john and taylor, honestly some of our fans are just shocking

not saying hes not a decent player, but hes not prem class yet.

John has been just about our most consistent outfield player since he started this most recent run in the side, better than Taylor IMO, but as I haven't seen much of Fabio to compare them, I'll trust OGS's judgement on this one!

Yes he's made a few positional mistakes, but ones that have led to a goal, can't recall any tbh, except for where he could possibly have moved inside to cover Turner at the Emirates for their second goal, although I'd have expected Turner not to head the ball straight to an Arsenal player!

Do you remember Adam Matthews's positioning when he first broke into the team? Look at him go now!

He's playing too well to be dropped ATM IMO, not unless OGS does manage to get somebody in who's clearly better than him and he's getting the competitive football you say he needs at this moment in time and doing a pretty decent job in my book!

Fabio plays both left back and right back and has done comfortably with no problem and John is actually okay as a player in terms of defending and attacking as he has the pace to get back whereas KTC looks like he's chasing shadows.

well if you look back at the fist goal at west ham, he was way to close to the center back, which happens alot.
im not knocking him, he needs to play to get these errors out his game, but when we are in a relegation battle i would want some one a bit more reliable.
he puts his foot in and does the basics well, but we need someone reliable.

you say he is, and loads will. but i've watched his game out of interest more than others.
he needs a loan to the championship.

and as for Adam matthews, hes playing in a terrible league. this is why im saying John needs a loan.
he would stand out there which would be good for us in the long run.

I agree, when he was getting game time he got 2 games for Brazil, but they are not going to pick him if he is kept out of Man Utd's squad by Evra and is therefore not fully match fit. If we get him and he gets back to how he was playing before Evra kept him out then he'll get back in the Brazil squad and that will shut up a few on here!

Had a look on the Manc forums and they really rate this kid so Ole has got us another bargain. Proving to be a pretty astute guy in the transfer market.

QPR had stacks of good players last year who were not very good as they had poor management and were not playing as a team. In the right hands Fabio will be a very good player as he has the one thing that can't be defended against, pace. We know he has the ability, as he wouldn't have been picked for Brazil twice and SAF wouldn't have picked him for the Champions League.
