Most pundits piss me off , most of them have never had the balls to have a go at football management themselves, its easy to sit on a sofa and pick teams and players apart........try being a manager in the conference or the lower end of the football league and then have a pop.

Agree with that , I much prefer and take more notice when it's a guy who has been there and managed a club and succeeded
