As mentioned on MOTD, punishments are set to occur on owners who fire managers so people like Tan face heavy legal action. CCFC

Bit stupid isn't it, telling owners who they can't fire now? It's their club not the FA's or the Premier League, not to mention the working conditions were hard for both parties. Tan won't get fined either, he was here for 2 and a half years

LMA/PFA and all those organisations do f**k all but comment when controversial things happen, just a organisation to give people jobs. At the end of the day you can sack who you want, it's your club, why should some manager get protection because he's the manager

The LMA are chatting the biggest load of bollocks I've heard in my life.
These aren't oppressed workers being shafted by fat cat overlords. These are millionaires. When they get sacked they get millions in pay offs even if they've been doing whatever they can to get sacked.
When it comes to lower league managers and players that actually do get paid a pretty normal wage they LMA and PFA weorse than useless.
Unless it's a high profile case they don;t give a shit.

spot on...........im sure there have been guys sacked in lower leagues,who have had no funds, and been forced to sell players then got blamed for results.. i cant name names.....and thats the point, shit happens..and when shit happens..you do not get the fans shouting ,i hope this hard done by manager takes OUR owner,OUR club,to the cleaners.............
