Ok, I have been very vocal in my opinions on Malky. I didnt want to see him go, and it still doesn't sit right with me, in my opinion, one of the best managers we've ever had.
I see so many posts of people slagging off his signings. He's gone and even posters who were defending MM have now started moaning about the money we spent.
NONE of you were complaining when we hit headlines of pulling off the signing if Caulker! A HUGE British talent with loads of PL experience.
When we saw what Medel had to offer, he became a huge cult hero! Now people are moaning about his fee, his weight, his passing ect.
I will partially agree with the fans moaning about Corno. He was expensive, and it looks like our money would have been better spent elsewhere. But as i've previously posted, I think he will come good for us and be a huge player. He's still only 20, with bags of potential once he gets into the swing of British football. If we survuve and build, I can genuinely see him being a hero at CCS. Definitely one for the future.
I don't knoe the situation surrounding Brayford, so I will have to agree with you guys there, that is a very strange one, and at 24 he shouldnt be in the DVP.
Odemwingie seems a little bit of a deadline day panic buy to me, but like Frazier, he's been feeding off scraps because our midfield hasn't been providing any decent service. His touch is poor, i agree, and he is prone to mistakes. But he came here with a reputation as a goal scorer, who know Daehli and Eikrem could bring in the quality service we need, and he could start scoring. The I guarentee we'll hear "DUH DUH DUH DUH DUHH, PETER ODEMWINGIE" again, and everyone will forget his struggles. Or he wont improve and we'll have to cut our losses. Either way, he had PL experience and knew where the net was, we all welcomed him.
The fact that so many thousands of us were sining "Dont sack Mackay" then hes gone and everyone rushes to blame him for all of our problems. Back stabbing and fickle in my opinion! Someone told Malky he could sign the players he did, so he went ahead and completed them. We would ALL do the same!
I will also admit, that I caught the bug a little bit after the Newcastle game, yes I would still like MM in charge, but there's no point in dwelling on the past, and in my opinion, we have a very exciting manager in Ole. He will take time to get the team playing how he wants, to embed his own philosophies, and turn our fortunes, but I think he can do it. The fact that he's bringing his own players in will help massively though, as they know what to expect from our baby face Norwegian manager.
The fact that people seem to think after one game (against a bogey team, where our players didnt turn up first half, and just couldnt find an end product with 9 west ham players in their own half) that our manager is under any pressure is rubbish, and there was nothing wrong with what he did tactically (imo but I accept some people will argue this) it was on our players shoulders yesterday. That, and very very poor refereeing.
Everyone is so so fickle. And even though the likes of Polo, Daya ect. get peoples backs up, at least they have their opinions and stick by them!
Polo was vocal on wanting Malky out, he defended that point and has never gone back. Some others too (I choose mario because he obviously stands out on this MB)
How about we stop moaning, stop throwing blame on whoever is the easiest target, get behind our players, get vocal and become the 12th man again. Because all these issues are killing us.
Rant over. Roll on the abuse!

May have no choice. Who's going to pay those wages? It's been major problem with premier league trying to get rid of high earners that are not wanted!

I've already seen some fans calling for Solskjaer to go trying to justify it with 'We'd have battered West Ham under Malky'.

We have never had a sniff of beating west ham under malky, yesterday wouldn't of been no different, how many times we lost against them under malks? 4 from 4 I think.

I do yes. I'll support every manager for a good period of time and give them at least a year. Malky had his chance to prove himself in the Premier League which I think he was owed and we ended up out of form heading in the wrong direction. He didn't help him self by signing shite players who are not good enough to contribute to the cause. That was his own doing which inevitably cost him his job. Had he spent the £8m he spent on Cornelius on say, a Jermaine Defoe, then he might still be in a job. Instead he spent £8m on a gamble and he lost.
