Who do we owe the other 52 Million to?

None of them. All our latest debts have occurred in the last 3 years.

Sounds dodgy to me, maybe Tan will write the debt off he seems a generous guy when it comes to the dollar

There is still £7m owed to Sam, but all the others have been paid off since these accounts, some of the items in the debts are down to accounts anomolies- like they have to show season ticket sales as a debt -as the money has been paid in advance etc..and now it's just the £100m+ (plus a lot) owed to Tan, £7m to Sam to be paid £1m a year with no interest.good news in that we haven't got loads of people after the club's money, bad news that we are still reliant on VTs support.

I'm sure there was a business or something set up called Eriksen which became visible on our balance sheets?

Yes, although it's still a concern the amount spent on 'admin', but if debt is converted to equity on top of Premiership money then they will look much better. Just need to stay up to build on what we've got - we've got some decent young players- a very young squad and these players will improve as they mature.

What is confuses me is that these accounts are a snapshot of June 2013 when the Hammam note had not been agreed. Could the 52 million include this amount as well as the loans owed to Guy and Borley at the time?

Yes that's included in the total debt which since been sorted all debt is to tan now ,pmg ray ransom ,borely ,compass ,langstone etc etc has been settled with tans money

Will they look better tho if we get relegated?

Dalmen said yesterday their in the process of turning debt to equity then Cardiff will be debt free,a big statement to publicly say this.

Temporarilly yes .

Next season after will most likely show big losses unless we sell/cut the wage bill, or go back up.

I don't get it, how can we rack up over £50m of debt with a billionaire owner? Hamman spent a fortune, not his own money though, the Riddler robbed Peter to pay Paul and now we got a loaded owner yet we still rack up huge debts. Something doesn't add up.
