Just seen Newcastle get a perfectly good goal disallowed - basically because Kompany chirped up the ref questioned the goal with lineman and he ruled it offside but definitely should have stood... It's ruining this league! The big teams get all the decisions (And yes I class Wham as a big team as have tons of fans/friends in media).

I can't see how a linesman can not give offside but then change his mind 2 minutes after the event. Absolutely crazy.

there is gonna be a sending off on this match

Did anyone hear pardew to the ref going down the tunnel just now?

Just seen the disallowed goal on US TV - absolutely diabolical decision. I agree this game could have at least one red card.

The one thing about the championship was every team was much of muchness..... so mistakes appeared genuine.
The Jacks warned us, and it hurts more when you see Rooney attack Mutch and nothing happens.......
The amount of money nowadays has wrecked the game

The offside Newcastle player nearest the goal line had to move out of the way to avoid the ball hitting him for the disallowed goal. Is he not, therefore, active and interfering with play? If so, the referees decision was correct. Can't see anywhere in the laws where it says you have to actually touch the ball to be classed as active

He had no impact on play whatsoever, he didn't affect the flight of the ball, he didn't affect Joe Hart's vision of the ball and his positioning did not affect any Man City player's abilities to intercept the ball as there were none within reach.

Hart would still not have saved it if no one else on pitch? It was that good a shot, . Cop out to say player offside interfering with hart. Happens every week and offside never given.

Jacks get something right 'shock/horror'
Agree though, refs are generally in the pockets of the 'bigger' media darling teams. All the sucking of Big Sam's dick yesterday by the media ready to see him sacked was sickening
