As you all knew, yesterday was the day to settle in full for both games, there is a lot of people who have booked on for the trips but failed to pay yesterday.

Your seats and tickets are no longer held for you and I will now start taking those on reserve lists.

Not only myself facing this problem but just read Vince Alm has written something similar on Facebook, Vince wrote 'Coach 4 not looking good for Man City dropping like flies may have to share some with other coaches'

Any chance of the criteria being dropped further to all ST and Gold Members? Only managed to get a ticket through my number for Stoke away and went to Liverpool on someone else's. This game and Utd are practically on my doorstop so hoping to get a ticket.

Exactly Darren, people think it is just themselves who pull out and don't pay but I am folking out £74 per person 100 times for City and £73 per person 150 times for Man Utd, it doesn't take a genius to work out why we are chasing payment.

could you imagine them all having to get tickets themselves, they be moaning bout having to pay booking fees, going down club themselves, missing out cause the big games sold out, couldnt get online cause the system crashed. dont have to worry bout all that booking through us. its not hard to just pay when asked and usually have plenty of notice as to when payments due.

been stuck with tickets a couple of times between me n mikey, sometimes club refuse to take em back and as you say its us that have got to fork out for them. also a couple of times this season bus has been very light on numbers but still got to run bus and pay company, they dont charge per person but trip so we are the 1's picking up the tab.

Neil, Carl has to hand the ticket money in now 3-4 weeks in advance to our Club for the tickets since we were in the Premier League, No Refunds on Away tickets, Carl has lost out quite a few times this season, ive told him, no money from fans dont book them on in future, simple. Yesterday 7 never turned up to pay.
