Is medel our creative hurdle?

I'm a real big fan of Gary but I'm starting to think he is the one that is slowing us going forward.
When he come off yesterday we pushed higher up pitch going forward more. I wonder if ole needs to look at keeping him more for away games?
Also we missed Jordan yesterday big time

Medel needs to push 10 yards higher up the field. Our midfield 3 play in a vertical line rather than a horizontal line. It's easy to play around. Medel needs to be in line with Whitts with Kim (if you go by yesterday's 11) in front of them playing off Campbell

I have a feeling that once Mutch is back and the two Norwegians settle in that medel will not make the first eleven. For me it's a catch 22 at the minute as we certainly get the ball forward quicker when he doesn't play but look defensively weaker when he's not there.
I suppose that's what ole has to sort out in the next 6 weeks

Totally agree with this post,could he play alongside Caulker like he dose for Chilie? MOTM against England.
