Perhaps that says as much about the fans as it does about Whittingham.

IM merely pointing out that maybe he is feeling a pressure from the fans.

How can you defend whitts every game?

He offered nothing his corners are even shocking these days.

Campbell scored off his corner last week and Hudson had another dissalowed.

Do you expect every corner to be perfect and a goal?

Get f*cking real

He ticked us over nicely 2nd half and linked well with the new guy.

No but I expect more then two a month to clear the first defender.
Maybe he could get a few tackles in now and then.

Precisely he "ticked us over" thats all he ever does "ticks" never "tocks", the sooner he goes the better he is not good enough for the Premiership and never will be.

Every team needs someone to tick it over you cant have a team full of risk takers. Thats what Noone, Bellamy and Kim were there for whilst Whitts and the new guy glued it together.

Surely a professional footballer of Whittingham's quality training 5 days a week earning the money he's on would at least be able to try swinging his right leg and make a decent connection when he has a great opportunity? You're right that he did get a few shots off mind. Unfortunately, every half decent shot we hit seemed to go straight at their keeper, it was one of those days.

He did get the shot off and it wasnt a great opportunity it wasnt even half a chance he was outside the box with defenders putting their bodys on the line 2 yards away.

Campbells is what i would call a great opportunity.
You must be chuffed with the defeat

I've never seen suchban ineffective player. The whole game just passes him by. Eikrem looks promising even though he wasnt on for too long. However we cant play these two together. Whittingham's days are numbered thank goodness and I expect an improvement when Mutch gets back
