" Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit, today we were awful against a terrible West Ham side "

Personally I believe you can only Judge a manager after 12 games.

But just going on todays performance that was awful,Only one proper save West Ham had to make,We passed really well, but mostly in our own area.
I believe it was a goal by us and the ball did go over the line.

Noone ran his socks of today, Kim Bo looked tired and weak on the ball, Campbell did his best, but we never created enough chances and when we did Whittingham and Co's shots were very poor. Cornelius, not getting any better. I could go through most of the team and personally I thought other than their passing in our half of the pitch, they looked like a relegation team.
Looked like no plan B, but its early days.

For me this match, was a must win game.

With the Manchester games coming up next then the Jacks, were in for a tough couple of months ahead, today we needed to win against a dreadful West Ham Side who played 20 mins with 10 men, cant score goals and beat us 2 nil in our own back yard.

I left that ground like many others so down and fed up, now knowing we are for the first time ever in the Bottom 3 of the Premier League.

We need strengthening now and upfront.

Atmosphere awful.

Great to see so many Fans in BLUE  :ayatollah:

We were in the bottom three on the first day of the season, people can hide the fact we weren't but we were nabbing points and out of it due to other teams not capitalising, we played really well in terms of good football today, just not clinical enough, he's been here for 2 weeks and he's already got us playing nice stuff, just need a good striker

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

Sat Jan 11, 2014 7:29 pm

Malky has a lot to answer for with the signings of Cornelius and Odemwingie.

f*cking useless the pair of them.

We were excellent 2nd half just got no one to put the ball in the net.

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

Judge him after he's made his own signings and has played a few games, lets be honest other than Caulker and Medel malky's signings were poor and at he moment the like of whittingham, odemwinge and KTC don't deserve to be playing.

Just gonna put it out there that Ole didn't win his first league game in any of his Molde seasons, yet won 3 trophies

Annis, We were far from awful, we dominated the 2nd half and as for your no plan b......what was going 3 at the back then?

I know your suffering a Malky hangover but in all honesty some of your posts lately have an undercurrent of you wanting Ole to fail so you can play the old "I told you so"

The improvement in the team play was evident, the players have had any attacking instinct drummed out of them through Malkys tactics and its going to take a few weeks for them to learn how to pass the ball again. With sone new players who know Ole's methods im feeling positive.

Yes we lost but tbh we battered west ham but just couldn't score we are desperately needing a descendent striker ,we had 60 % possession and hadloads of shots at goal ,we will be ok in the end

For the outlay spent, absolutely shocking. Agree plenty of positives from the second half, at least Ole has the chance to do some business this month - people in and out. I've got faith in Ole.

Malkys signings are to blame.
We would be in the same position under malky to.. our strength in depth is a joke with average players that malky brough in to defend.. What we need is to ship out the players that were signed to play negative football and bring in players with flair..

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

To be honest, I'd play Kev at right-back. KTC is ok, but were in a relegation dogfight. Kev played well at Arsenal and Newcastle. He understands English football better, and that's what we need. Still think that Kev is our best right- back. West Ham have beaten us three times now this season.

One point from our home games with Sunderland and WHU. We're staring relegation in the face. Of course we'll support the side, but its not looking good. It's been a while since we were last relegated. Not saying its certain yet, but brace ourselves!

How many more games we gonna give the despot Annis !?!

The club needs ALL the fans behind it for the challenges ahead. ! Tan doesnt need a PR company to advise him ! He needs to take those rose red tinted specs off and return the club's traditions ! Then we can all pull in the right direction .... without that I fear four months of struggle , this league is unforgiving !

The facts are there that we have the fourth worst defence in the league despite being so called 'hard to break down' and have only scored more goals than Palace this season, we never beat a team by more than one. It doesn't matter if we weren't in it, the fact that we were near it despite the investment in the summer is silly, look at Hull how they've managed to play nice football with a small bit of money spent.

Also no plan B? He had no one to call to on the bench, Eikrem came on though and plays great and nearly scores himself, then has to bring on a f*cking donkey in Cornelius because Malky spent a shit load of money on him, absolute joke we went into the first window thinking Maynard, Cornelius, Campbell and Odemwingie were good enough to score goals, we needed a f*cking clinical striker

But fully agree, we need to be in unison but we can't pass the buck on to the guy whose only known this team two weeks

f*cking thank you!! We were there on day one even though we had the core of our team there, I think the only player we bought that didn't play at West Ham was Odemwingie, we were dire there and offered nothing, Ole's been left with a bunch of average players who got in the team because they were hard workers, not due to their quality. If Ole can manage to get a striker whose gonna score us goals then f*cking hell he's a miracle worker because this team is f*cking dreadful

It's times like this when you see the real Cardiff city fans. It's easy supporting a winning side, not so easy when your in the shite. It's been a long time since we have been in a relegation battle,I hope our new fans have got the bottle for it.

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

Would have won under Malky today?

How? We had umpteen corners and didnt convert thats the only way Malky knew.

We played as well 2nd half as we have all season at home we just didnt get the break.

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

We were never in the bottom 3 is the most absurd quote you keep rehashing. Any person with eyes could see where we were heading. Awful defensive record, even worse scoring record, £50m spent and he was sacked with us in 17th.

he pumped his fist andd clapped at you so all is ok.

Well it's true, why is Malky exempt from criticism when this is his team? This isn't Ole's team, it's another mans squad who spent a shit load of cash yet statistcally wise are awful, we weren't hard to break down and we never scored, heck we got promoted with a 35 year old striker on 9 goals, great preparation for the Premier League. We WERE in the bottom 3 on the first day, we were 1 pt above Palace when he was sacked, a team who have spent minimal compared to us, don't have scorers no but we were the only team who had scored more goals than them and that's embarrassing when we invested 12m on strikers, not to mention the 2.75m on Maynard whose no way near a bloody PL striker, Malky wouldn't have won today, he'd have gone 4-5-1 with Campbell up front, no way we'd have won today, maybe a draw..

But again, Ole's known this team 2 weeks, don't expect miracles overnight, February is the most important month for us as it's filled with winnable games, on paper we should have won today but we're not a huge margin behind teams out of the relegation zone ffs, Ole had ONE of his players out there today

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

Sat Jan 11, 2014 7:50 pm

Say what you like, but Ole got more effort out of Bellamy in 45 minutes than Malky got out of him in one and a half seasons. I can't remember the last time I saw him so determined.

Malky may have got the players working hard for each other, but I'm not convinced the squad liked him very much.
