As I said earlier today so they got one bit wrong but we will allow them that viewtopic.php?f=2&t=132529

Wilfred Zaha was in Cardiff on Friday night to seal a loan move as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad rebuilding continues to gather pace.

The former Crystal Palace winger is desperate to leave Old Trafford in search of first-team football and is expected to join the Bluebirds shortly on a six-month deal.

Meanwhile, Cardiff captain Craig Bellamy has asked for a contract extension, forcing new boss Solskjaer to take a decision over the veteran forward.

Bellamy’s relationship with the Cardiff hierarchy is said to have been somewhat strained since he rejected the chance to become caretaker manager when Vincent Tan was looking to replace Malky Mackay.

The veteran has only played intermittently in the Premier League this term.

Yes he has chosen us.

I also expect to hear that Hannover have accepted our bid for Diouf as well, then it is down to personal terms and a medical :ayatollah:

Extend Bellamy's contract for another year and that's it for me. Wouldn't go any further.

Bellamy getting an extension of his contract is good for the player himself, but not in the club's best interests.

Bellamy knows that he's highly unlikely to get a 2 year deal at any club - given his age and problems with his knees. The best he could hope for is a 12 month contract, however, he's hardly likely to uproot to go to another club for such a relatively short period; it would mean commuting and living out of a hotel.. I'm sure he doesn't want that at this stage of his career.
So, it makes sense for him to want to sign an extension on his contract and keep pulling in 30k a week, but Bellamy has flattered to deceive for some time now, he hasn't scored in a long time, rarely able to beat his man and his set-pieces have been poor too - that is of course when he's made himself available for selection.

I think OGS needs to show a ruthless side and say.. "Thanks Graig, but no thanks!"

Look! Bellamy was told how to play in the team that Malkey put out you will see a different Bellamy now with OGS, Bellamy still has lots to offer, bookmark this page

Bellamy is a class act, and is in the top quarter of our talent in squad.

Not many teams can afford to lose players who are in that bracket of quality at their club, we definitely can't.

Keep hold of Bellers with a 12 month contract with scope of coaching development if he's up for it.

We need to keep quality in our squad and add to it, not lose it.

Maybe so but Malky wouldn't have let Zaha go into the oppositions half with his tactics.
Probably would have stuck him on the bench to find a place for Son of- just ask Nooney!

8million for Cornelius and we're probably going to get 3 new players for around the same/ less than that. You can kinda see why Tan wasnt happy with Moody and Malky.

Exciting time sat the City

Can't blame Bellers over the care taker role .. He clearly has principals.
OGS doesn't strike me has a confrontational sort of manager so this could be his first test at CCFC

Anyone that has kicked the round ball can see this was costly mistake as transfers go.

Worries me that we're looking to strengthen every position apart from defence and defensive midfield the area we were probably lightest anyway. Losing Medal almost always causes goals to start pouring in and Turner side passes to the opposition forward for no reason at least once a game.
