Why can't city turn a profit then, our sisters down the road seem to rake it in turn profits of 20mil a season, all we seem to do is lose more and more money, must just be bad management from the bottom to the top

Anyone with half a brain would realise that these figures have nothing to do with the premiership, they are for our last season in the championship, the first seasons premiership accounts will be out this time next year come back then and make a comment.

Someone told Tan that he was going to make money in the Premier League.

Of course this is absolute bollocks as most of the mid to smaller clubs (West Ham included) are supported by benefactors.

Bolton are the most recent example of an established PL team running into problems - owing the owner 150 million when he is 'only' worth 110 million - when they get relegated.

This floatation idea seems a bit far fetched to me - it is much much likely to by another individual taking over.

If City go down i can't see Tan getting much of his money back so he will just end up throwing in more cash to stop it from happening.
