Various reports state Diouf will not be joining Cardiff.

Which reports?
He would be a better signing than Zaha.

Good. He's not good enough for the premier league that's why he's not playing in it anymore.

Apparently, the Hannover coach has ruled out any possibility of him joining Cardiff.

Reported by Inside Futbol earlier today, obviously I don't know how much truth there is in this story, just have to wait and see. The Hannover coach appears reluctant to let what he classes as his best player leave the club. Money usually changes the minds of most people though.

It's on Sky sports that Hannover are ready to snub any move for their striker.

Exactly, Bundesliga is a fantastic league, just as many superstars as there are here and in La Liga. A lot of the teams are competitive with only one team that are way ahead of pretty most of Europe.

The Premier League is still a lot stronger then the Bundesliga. The top teams might be better but the teams below them aren't as strong as most premier league teams.
Bayern Leverkusen even lost 5-0 to man utd at home and we all know how pants they've been this season.
The best teams in Europe might not be from the premier league anymore but overall the league is still harder then all the rest.

All depends on the player really. If we are in for him and he wants to come, then there's not much that Hannover can do about it surely.
Thu Jan 09, 2014 6:19 pm
He may struggle in the prem like he has done with the last 2 prem teams he played for. Then again he might be a better player now, and for 2.5 mil you can't go wrong. Nice to see a manager signing bargains, rather than 15 million on a Danish cart horse
