Swansea away tickets

Tue Jan 07, 2014 2:49 pm

To be given 1700 first criteria as always is 8 aways last year which roughly only 600 people qualify for.

After that they will go on sale to lower criteria which I'm guessing is going to be 4 aways this year. :ayatollah:

Pathetic why it doesn't include games you've done a few weeks before luckily I've done 7

Re: Swansea away tickets

Just under 800 qualify with last years 8 away's
the remainder will be on sale to those with 7 aways from this season and as said above they do not include any of the manchester games. so up to the Arsenal game.

Does anyone know how many will qualify for the second phase?

That's fooked that then... Don't really understand why last years games are still part of the qualifying criteria over this years to be honest.

i have deffo read that it is up to and including the Arsenal game only.............i dont understand why last years criteria counts tbh...............you can qualify without having seen 1 single away game this season.......and pple who have done 6 this year dont..........not close to being fair

Re: Swansea away tickets

Tue Jan 07, 2014 6:40 pm

Up to the arsenal game there was 10 away games. People have only been going to the big games, chelsea, liverpool, man city arsenal man united thats 5 away games there. Would it be far on the people who have done palace stoke hull the shit games to miss out because people can only be assed for the bigger games away? If it doesnt include man city and man united then fair play to the club for awarding the the fans that travel every week, shit games or big games. Ive been everyone including newcastle in cup, so I think I deserve one more then some people on here

. Because most of the lads who went last season have put the effort in travelling around the lower leagues for years like myself as it's the same ones going every time. This seasons one time Charlies who started going away get second dibs on ticks. Fair imo as it's our 1st season in the prem.

To stop the plastics getting all the seats. I think it's a great idea. Iv'e only done two aways this year so far (Fulham and West Ham in the league cup) booked on to go to both Manchester clubs because I ain't been before and I love Manchester on the piss. There's a group of 12 people in my "pool" all been season ticket holders for over 15 years. We use the same 8 cards to order tickets each time so always qualify, consider doing the same if you are an irregular traveller.

Fuckin hell! Looks like we'll be getting half the tickets back by the sound of all this as not enough of you qualify! :laughing6:

Re: Swansea away tickets

Load of bollocks that is, struggled to get money together for both Manchester games which took me to 7 aways and now I can't qualify for Swansea :laughing6: Club have fucked up with away tickets this year in my opinion.

Well said, the one season glory hunters just don't get it. Yes its great going away to the Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool , Chelsea, Man C, Everton etc. What about the Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley, Hull, Wolves, Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Notts Forest, Blackpool, Huddersfield, Barnsley, that the one season wonders coulndn't be arsed to get out of bed for and spend their hard earned cash on.

The club has got it spot on, reward the fans who followed the team in past seasons, not just the glory fan from this season. If we get relegated this season will all the glory hunters be going to away games next season IMO No they won't, if you put it time in you get your rewards :ayatollah:

exactly well said arrow. none of these posters would even be back next year if we drop down to the championship. I did 9 aways last year, but i was saving for this season aswell at the same time as i new it would be very expensive, there is not many seasons since 1994 that i havent done 20 aways each season. People like me and others deserve pritory in the prem league for all the hard earn cash we have put into the club. I always said if it wasnt for football ill be a rich man, but wouldnt have it anyway

I did eight aways the season before, but don't expect to get a ticket for this season because of it. I've also been to Villa, Stoke and Norwich [didn't count towards Villa], Liverpool [didn't count towards Arsenal] this season - hardly big games apart from Liverpool.

I just don't see how it keeps so called plastics from getting tickets - there are always some being sold on here which anyone can buy. The fact is the criteria is supposed to be 7 away games for phase two and that's what it should mean, not 7 away games except the ones we decide don't count. It doesn't bother me if I don't get a ticket, I was the Liberty last time, and I'll watch it on TV instead, but it is not fair to set the qualifying rules and then move the goalposts like has happened several times this season. An away game is an away game, doesn't matter who we were playing.

i think the idea is...........although the norwich tickets had been sold..the game had not been played when villa tickets went on sale...i dont think the stoke and palace games had been played when liverpool tickets went on sale etc etc......you could buy tickets for both manchester games,,qualify for jacks game, then return the manchester tickets...........i know its unlikely..but thasts the thinking behind it

£45 for adults?

Think we charged them £17.50-21 for students, so hope they do student prices :ayatollah:
