Good estate agents

Can anyone recommend a good estate agents please? My parents are selling their gaff in Splott.

There are very few 'good' ' estate agents. Most of them put a picture of the house in their window, put a Board up and wait for people to come knocking.
Best advice is to get several quotes from agents and see who you like the idea of doing business with. Not a good idea to have more than one agent at a time and change agents if no sale within a few months as the property will go stale with the same agent.
You can sell yourself, as I have done, but it does carry risks.

I would NOT use Taylor's again,they were a nightmare I would use one of the smaller firms if I ever moved again

Agree with above poster they are useless. I had nothing but trouble when renting my house in thornhill, fees are inflated for no work on their part. Ended up getting all my money back off them after sending an email to their head office after 6 months of dealing with some numpy called john at their Albany road branch.
