Best prison breakout/escape documentaries?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any good documentaries about this sort of thing? I've watched Prison Break which is a TV series and I'd like to watch documentaries that show you how they escape the prison. I've seen one of two on YouTube but want to know if theres a full series. I think its fascinating how some of them do it and the plans they come up with to get out. Crazy some of their plans.

Midnight Express is a good film based on a true story. Not exactly what you're looking for, although I think there's a documentary series called 'Banged/Locked Up Abroad' that also shows the same story.
