No such billionaire as Paulo De Canha in Portugal. Just done a check up on Forbes. He'd be on there. He's not. Theres only 3 from Portugal. Its a fake Twitter account looking for wind ups. The newspaper he uses as a source, apparently Belgian, doesn't exist either.
