family enclosure

must be a better system than they currently have at cardiff..family closure is sold out every game but still loads of empty seats. you dont see that at other grounds.

empty seats every where the last 2 games go and bore someone else

Re: family enclosure

its because of the free kids seats that are given with paying adult season tickets the weather hasnt been the best the last few games and a lot of parents probally have left thwe kids indoors thats what i think it is plus the wba game was a week before xmas and everyone was on xmas partys and sunderlan was on sky so if its pissing down they would leave the kids in the house so they dont get a soaking whilst still watching the game

It's not a problem, the tickets are sold.

it is a problem when genuine fans who cant afford a season ticket are sat at home, when they could be watching the odd game now and then. i know a few of them.

There are thousands on sale, for every game, in other parts of the ground.

got to agree with the OP, there should be a system whereby you lose your allocation once you miss a certain number of games

How can you lose your allocation for something you paid out for up front?

I'm pretty sure there would be some sort of "goods of sale" rules about taking away something you have paid for.

The club don't care they have sold the seat. Its not the holders fault that the club set the price.

Won't have these problems next year if we get relegated plus we will have an extra 5,500 seats in the Ninian stand. Will be loads of seats available every game.

With regard to losing the seat. If I wanted to buy a season ticket anywhere in the ground and only use it once I have every right to do so once I have paid my money.

The problem with the family stand is the prices. The club must choose between encouraging families by offering £50 season tickets (you can't get ones for £10 any more) or restricting it to people who will really use it by charging £150-£200.

At the moment a dad and two kids can get a season ticket for under £500. Put the price up to £700-£800 and it would get rid of most of the empty seats but may leave some permanently empty and may have lost two future fans who will pay full price for 40 years when they are older.

Agree - not that many games you can't get tickets if you really want and I'm not sure there's masses of seats left empty in the family stand as a matter of course.
