He said he's looking thru all the dossiers and talking to club scouts so don't think he's in hurry to change to many things behind scenes! Moyes as been accused of changing to many backroom staff so guess ole is being cautious or spoke to fergie?

I dont think you really need that many "coaches" theres only so many cone carriers you can pay for.

These days the extra staff comes from the support staff i.e. prozone guys, masseuse, physios.

as it stands mcbride and kerslake and hollman are with us. Id guess they will move on, but id only guess at him bringing in another coach now. He may do a complete overhaul in the summer to the development coaching set up, academy coaching set up, scouting network, physios, masseuse and analysts.

For the record Dempsey is also seen as a fantastic young coach.

The GK keeper coach Richard Harris is fantastic, spent 10 years under Sir Alex training Schmeichel and Van De Sar.
