That's a great question mate! I been trying to do that several times but having sizing problems(ladies...PLEASE!) with the image.
Perhaps Annis would be kind enough to give us some advice.

Try pasting the image into paint and resizing it there

use paint as another poster suggested or type on google image resizer and bam! done
