Malky was to be replaced and Ole Gunnar installed with the possibility of Dave Jones taking control whilst The Norwegian settled business in his homeland.
I don't think this was as sudden and swift as the media have presented it.
This is been on the cards for a few months in my opinion and OGS has targets lined up with a plan to keep Cardiff in the Premier league. Malky wasn't trusted or thought highly enough by the Heirachy at the club.
Time will tell whether they were correct, but Malky was targeted for removal shortly after promotion.
