MALKY / OGS

Firstly I'm thankful for what Malky did,in the time he was here he got us to the Cup Final and above all got us promoted not only that we went up as champions so he will always be a City legend and go down in folklore for it.

Unfortunately him and Tan didn't get on for reasons we don't really know and there was only going to be one winner ,Malkys football at times was very defensive and at times it cost us what he also did finally was get a togetherness in the club ,got the players as a tight unit and got the fans and team back together .When he came to us he wasn't very experienced in the management front after his brief spell at Watford where he did well at first only for them to fade and finish mid table

Some people on here are already questioning OGS about his experience ,regardless of what leagues he has worked in at the moment what is clear with OGS is his tactics and formations work after winning the Premier League reserve league and winning the league with MOLDE twice for the first time in their history, whilst he also plays attacking football both malky and OGS were both relatively inexperienced at management so I dont see any really differences between him and malky ,Malky was given a chance here and now its OGS turn and I think he will do a good job given time ,whilst we will also see a different brand of football. Some people seem to forget what OGS has done ,he has been at one of the biggest clubs in the world won major trophies playing with the best players and working under the best manager of recent times ,he would have picked up plenty of knowledge in all these areas which will be invaluable for him now on top of that he is a big name and players will want to play with him and manager will deal with him so I think he will be good for us ,he's commented how us the fans have shown passion so lets get behind him....GOOD LUCK OLE .........OLE IS A BLUEBIRD

Gaining Prem experience has to start somewhere and for Ole it starts with Cardiff, people seem to forget not all managers go into the prem with prem experience, you gain experience by doing and thats exactly what Ole will do

Only time will tell but im very optimistic and can't wait to see what he can do, he said it's his dream to manage United one day and if he does an excellent job with a team in a relegation battle and Moyes doesn't pick up the pace also he is a United legend then he will definitely go and they will welcome him with open arms
