Tore Strømøy is quite known in Norway. Mostly for his prgramme "Tore på Sporet". Here he helps people reunite with old friends and long lost relatives.

And yes, he's a massive Cardiff supporter.

That's one thing that cracks me up about football, when you get random fans giving their allegiance to random teams, in this case that he finds some affinity in being an outsider. 40 years ago, his bother chose Leeds and he chose Cardiff

Yeah I think it beats chosing the big teams, which Leeds were when he was a kid, however random the reason was. On another day he might have chosen Lincoln or Barnet or Leyton Orient but big respect to the guy he chose the mighty Bluebirds.
