Should the change happened sooner?

Obviously things weren't right at Cardiff City for a while, but should Malky have gone earlier. Don't get me wrong I think Malky has done a fantastic job to make our club what it is today, but a new manager needs time to assess his squad, to see what areas need improving and maybe look at strengthening certain positions and with the transfer window upon us is this enough time. If Tan was hellbent on removing him why not do it early December? We have also seen this season that a change in management as seen burst of form and six precious points from our two home games over Christmas would have seen us sitting comfortable as we enter the next part of the season.

Maybe Bellamy can give him a lot of info on where the team needs improving and which players aren't up to playing prem football, also he's not going into the job without doing his research and he already knows which 3 players aren't up to standard and costing us goals and games, he's a smart man have faith

He should have gone after Palace. Not only because that was such a poor performances but none of the stuff that has came out in the last two weeks presumably would have stayed behind closed doors (I'm a little thankful that the Mail did reveal what was exactly spent on our players just to see how badly MM did in the market. Obviously if it is true) and would have given OGS (if appointed) a better outlook on the squad headed into January market.

I am confident that Dalman got the right guy and he'll improve our woes and lead us to survival but I agree Malky should have gone a month ago.
