His record thus far is excellent, we have a good manager on our hands obviously. When you take out the ridiculous suggestions like Bielsa, Sven and Hoddle which were never going to happen then he was most certainly the best man for the job out of the names left.

My only concern is is that we are throwing him in in the deep end, I think OGS would be fantastic appointment if this were before the start of the season, give him a chance to stamp his philosophy and methods into the team. If we go down fighting we must stick with him as he will come good.

Firmly believe that Tan wants to build a reputation and legacy for Cardiff City, and of course his own financial gain, based on a model footballing organisation that has an unparalleled record of success, Manchester United.
Hence the change of colours, his obsessive investment in the academy and forming alliances with prospective European feeder clubs.
