' Everything on Ole's side '

With Ole now getting money to strengthen, inheriting a team not in the bottom 3 and playing an awful West Ham team at home a week Sat,having the Newcastle game to play with and Tan leaving a manager to manage his team, you could say Ole has the perfect managers job and should not fail. :ayatollah:

Looking good for Ole

Not once have we been in the bottom 3 in the Prem. :ayatollah:
Newcastle in Cup, Ole can play with the team he wants to, no pressure :ayatollah:
West Ham Home first game, they are currently awful :ayatollah:
Going to be given money :ayatollah:
Ole has been guaranteed Tan will stay out of team affaires :ayatollah:

" BLUEBIRDS " :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I hope so because there is a lot riding on it........just hope the chairman can keep Tan out of the way for a few months and let him get on with his job.

Although I'm pleased with ole, tan should of done that from the start and leave the manager to manage

I def am

I would of expected to have beaten a currently awful West Ham side at home under Malky and so I expect the same under Ole :ayatollah:

I never ever expected to be in the bottom 3 under Malky so dont under Ole :ayatollah:

Ole has more money and no Tan butting in :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

What a load of nonsense.

Inheriting a side in freefall towards the bottom 3 and Man City and Man U away to come in 2 of the next 3 games.

Inheriting a side void of real creativity and attacking quality because the previous manager left the squad unbalanced last window.

Inheriting a side that must win their home games with little margin for error because the previous manager failed to get very few away points on the road because he didnt have a go at the lesser teams 1st half season and now we have all the top teams away to come.

Malky was taking us down and Ole has got a big fight on his hands to secure our safety.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer promised to be left alone after agreeing one-year rolling contract at Cardiff City

Norwegian claims he had contact with other Premier League clubs before replacing Malkay Mackay following assurances over 'clear parameters' at club

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was persuaded to take the manager’s job at Cardiff City after the chairman, Mehmet Dalman, gave him assurances that Vincent Tan, the Malaysian owner, would allow him to be “the most important person at the football club”.

It is understood Solskjaer also took heart from the fact that Tan has been taken aback by all the ridicule he has received in recent weeks and the billionaire is unlikely to risk his reputation further.
It was with such conviction that Solskjaer, after what he confessed had been previous discussions with a “few” Premier League clubs, decided finally to take the plunge.

The Norwegian was introduced at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday as the successor to Malky Mackay.
The controversial events which led to the Scot’s departure six days before led many to question the wisdom of Solskjaer’s move from Molde in his country.

ole has good job and good chance. the players will want to play good for him to show ole how good they are.

No point being outside the bottom 3 after 19 games when you are heading for it at a rapid rate of knots for reasons I gave in my first post.

Tan backed Maljy with more money than he will give Ole and Malky wasted a huge chunk of it. That is a FACT.

Malky was taking us down NQAT.

Totally agree.
I don't think we will beat west ham unless OGS can have a quick yet major impact. Sunderland are awful. Palace and Villa too. Don't recall us winning those games.

For the first time since Fulham away I feel positive about our chances of staying up. I don't expect nothing from United and City, but Ole WILL keep us in this division and I cannot wait for his new additions. One things for sure - he won't be buying reserve team players. :ayatollah:

I agree polo
On the road we made villa palace and norwich look like real madrid plus stoke were there for the taking and we were shit at west ham. Under malky and the way he would have set up against teams in the next few months he were deffo going down.

Agree with you on that one, we were in free fall 2 goals in 6 games says it all. Glad they got rid of him
