Help - info needed

What exactly is a 12 month rolling contract? Is it designed to get rid of Ole if we go down and / or he is no good? I honestly do not understand. Can someone please clarify? Thanks

I assume its a one year contract that is revued every 12 months by both parties.pay and conditions can alter every 12 months and both parties can end the agreement after 12 months.

I believe it is a contract that always has 364 days to run. So if City wished to end it or if another club came in for Ole, that would be the period upon which compensation to either party would be based.

In other words it would not expire 12 months from now which explains Dalman's "infinate" comment. There will almost certainly be a notice period written in should either party wish to terminate the agreement but in the crazy world of football this is almost certin never to happen.

Thought it was a contract that continues automatically until someone decides to end it
