Rolling contract

Anyone else slightly concerned by this? Thought he was very reluctant to discuss the details in press conference.

No great in terms of long term stability !

why? be more concerened if he had a long term contract with a stupid pay off is sacked! dont think Tan fancies another £4m pay off if we do go down!

It does to me in terms of who's idea it was.

If he stipulated it, then in my opinion that does not show a great deal of commitment or any long term plan.

If it was Tans idea!

They were desperate to get him as manager and I would imagine they dangled a huge carrot to secure him, not a rolling contract .
Based on this I believe the rolling contract was his preference!

All contracts only work whilst both parties are agreement,as soon as they fall out, mayhem.
