Same here mate - rang them in the end and they told me I had only done 3 aways so did not qualify. They hadn't updated with the Liverpool or Arsenal games, but thankfully they sorted it out and has all been done now and tickets are in the post.

Just called them and got through really quickly, which is a nice change. They knew I'd been to Anfield which was my 4th this season, got my ticket for the lower tier no problem.

Ticket office said most City fans going into lower tier - loved the lower tier at Anfield, makes us even noisier!
