Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - Documentary

As it looks almost 100% certain that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is going to be announced as our new manager, I've been doing some research and I've just found this great documentary on him following his first season as manager of Molde FK and winning the league title with them. It's definitely worth a watch.

No worries, I found it very interesting and learnt quite a bit about him

Very interesting around the 13 minute mark. He talks about totally overhauling the style of play. Before he arrived, they would play with a big target man up front, but wanted a free flowing, attractive, attacking style of play. It will be nice to see plenty of passing and movement tbh. I'm actually looking forward to see what he does now.

His style of football seems like the type that we've seen glimpses of, showing that we can do it. The style that we've been crying out for. Nice, quick, attacking football

Think he takes after Fergie in this regard, be nice to have another manager who is fully invested in the club like Malky was!

A great watch,he is going to be sorely missed in Molde,their loss is our gain,can see him bringing his backroom staff with him (like most managers do)
