Should we have had one or even two handballs - penalties today?

defo one ive no doubt will have to wait and see on match of the day

Wouldn't surprise me if MOTD doesn't even show our penalty calls... Ref didn't give us anything as usual

I thought we had two very good shouts for penalties yesterday - can't always blame the ref as he may not be able to see but the linos should be able to make the calls - its true what they say about playing against the big sides and not getting decisions. Look at the that incident yesterday when Kim and Mertesacker went for a header and Kimbo was adjudged to have leant on the 6 foot 4 German - what a load of bollocks.

It's happening to often now for city. Other teams seem to get more protection when we play them almost as if the ref expects us to kick them off the park. Skrtel was all over Caulker at Liverpool, nothing. Yet if a city player so much as brushes against an opponent they dive they get a free kick every day. I'm looking forward to the day we have a strong enough ref to see through all of this diving bs.

Great point about Kim vs Mertesacker... That was absolutely ridiculous... If anything it was the other way around... I hope OGS really makes more a complaint about such things - perhaps because he's Ex Man Utd that will influence some refs for our benefit... Not that it should come down to that but realistically it may help to have a bigger name coach like him...

One of the most ludicrous decisions I have ever seen. OK it didn't mean anything in the context of the game but how could Kim possibly have leant on Mertesacker for a header... That fat fucker in charge got nowhere near the play yesterday but his lino let him down badly too. Most of the prem refs other than Halsey and one or two others are a pile of shit who always favour the big sides and bottle the big decisions. I wouldn't count Oliver in that as though he makes mistakes he does call the decisions.
