Experience of the Prem as manager isnt vital. Look at Rodgers, Martinez et al.

Would be interesting if the papers could get the wages on both Mally and OGS and see if the difference would cause such an uproar like the recent players wages which were released

Read Alex fergusons autobiography adam.
He talks about ole being a student of the game who when he was substitute used to take notes of the opposing teams tactics and that helped him when he came on as a substitute and was a reason he often scored when he came on.
He also ran united reserves for two years who carried all before them. I also believe he will bring the Manchester United training policies to the club which should help our players like Kim and noone blowing up after 75 mins.
He has taken that same ethic to molde and also been successful so I think he should be given a chance.
I would hope that he brings mike phelan as coach to the club as well.

For what it's worth, OGS has done everything he can. Did well with Utd reserves/academy & then went to a team who had never won league & own league and cup there. Not the highest standard, but what more could he have done?

Yeah 200+ apparences in 11 years and most of them being as a sub proves my point. As we all know you will still get an honour if you played in the third round in the FA Cup and never played anymore throughout that competition

because he got Southampton out of a similar threat with relegation, got far more contacts within the game, been watching us and because of that already knows the players.I think Campbell would really come on under Hoddle.
