If i was in charge of FA i'd fine them 50 million quid and deduct them 25 points for next 10 seasons as punishment not that I'm biased.......

They will have to pay back what they owe plus interest. In all honesty it'll be peanuts for a premier league club. Had they been made to pay proper rent in the first place they may not have been able to afford to sign key players like Scott Sinclair who was a catalyst to promotion-however it is something that we will never know and in fairness to the club they were paying a contribution that was agreed by the local council.
With the City of Swansea council making cutbacks the club should try and buy the ground which would end any controversy.

I don't think they have done anything wrong, as long as the stadium is available for the whole community to use for concerts, events etc then they will be fine. The Ospreys use it too.

I reckon it's 70/30 that jenkins has already sketched out a deal with the council and will buy the stadium from them with ospreys as tenants.Cheap.
Audit people already squared.
If I was Tan I'd put in a bid and have them as tenants at an extortionate rent just for fun.

Probably true but besides ospreys how many times have stadium been used community wise? Bet it's less than 5 times in a year!
Other than the bars or meeting rooms, milking the council payers of Swansea is more likely.
