He's assistant manager with Armenia national team. Say's it all really, the way he promotes himself you'd think he would be with Barcelona or Bayern!

He's no longer working with Armenia. He's going to be working at the WC in Brazil for a big nation - keeping his run of working at every EURO and WC since 1998.

Anyone who thinks he is a 'tw*t' isn't too familiar with the Dutch in general - all very frank and honest. My own feeling is that RV has such high standards for himself and others that whenever someone doesn't meet those standards - they're on a short string... very much like Craig Bellamy.

As for the united abuse he keeps giving... pure ignorance is on your behalf if you can't see where he is coming from

Unfortunately due to Tan, I really wouldn't imagine Verheijen would take any job under him. A bit like Bielsa, he's known to turn down things that don't match his own objectives and expectations.

That said, if Bellamy goes into management, I would put my house on Verheijen being involved either as an assistant or someone with a say in how coaching is structured.

It'll be a wait for that though as Bellamy has said he wants to take at least a full year sabbatical before going into management after playing - good on Bellamy though as he's realised that he'll need to learn a lot before making that jump. He'll be a great manager when he finally makes the step because he knows the right people and will 100% get the right education for himself (on top of the necessary badges/qualifications)

The way he puts himself out on Twitter he seems like a knob, unfairly treated by the Welsh FA so I like him.
