DE MATTEO-STRONG CREDENTIALS

I would be more than happy if De Matteo got the job.
Won the Champions League;managed successfully in the Premier League with Chelsea and WBA.
His style is to play attractive expansionist football.
Besides which his Assistant is Eddie Newton who knows Cardiff well from his previous loan spell.
His CV looks better than most including Oli GS who has got no experience at managing at PL level.

He's on gardening leave from Chelsea and still getting paid 70k a week for that job until his contract runs out end of next year . If he takes over another club that payment stops , we couldn't get near his wages which is why I think nobody has snapped him up all ready . Whatever it is we can't afford it I doubt anybody could out of the top 4/5

There's better out there than him for def

Though a bit far fetched I suppose, of all the managers that have been linked with us RDM is the one that would get me quite excited again about our prospects of staying up.

Can't blame him. He deserves the money from Chelsea after getting something all the others couldn't do.
